Generate API Key
Step 1: Login or Signup to OpenAI Account using the below URL.

For the extension to function seamlessly with ChatGPT, you need to include your credit card information in the billing details of your OpenAI account. Keep in mind that trial accounts are equipped with $5 in API funds, subject to a request limit that may result in errors during multiple requests. You will need to pre-purchase credits in your wallet to use the API. Any API usage you incur will first be deducted from the prepaid wallet If your usage exceeds the credits you’ve purchased, you’ll then be billed for the additional amount.
To leverage the ChatGPT 4 model, it is imperative to upgrade your OpenAI account to the Pro plan based on the current circumstances.
Step 1: Log in or sign up for an OpenAI Account using the URL below.
Step 2: From the left menu panel, select the API Keys option and click on Create new secret key button.
Step 3: Enter name, project, and permissions, then click on the Create secret key button.
Step 4: The API secret key is generated successfully. You can copy and add to the extension configuration.
