# Refund Request for Guest Users
Guest users can also request for refund. Simply click on the Orders and Returns option and fill up the details.
Click on Refund Request button from the Order Information page.
Fill up the refund request form and submit it.
Once the refund request form is submitted, the user will receive a success message on the screen.
