Configuration

Once you have successfully installed the extension, go to Stores -> Configuration -> MageComp -> Email Quote Pro to configure the extension for use. Here you can find various settings for the extension.

Configuration

  • Email Quote Pro - Option to enable or disable the extension.

  • Email Quote Label - Set the label of the button to open the Email Quote Pro request form on the frontend.

  • Customer Groups - Select customer groups to enable quote request functionality.

  • Max Comment Length - Set the maximum length of customer comments when requesting a quote.

  • Enable Proceed to Checkout Button - Select Yes to display the Proceed to Checkout button along with the quote request button.

  • Enable Attachment Upload - Select Yes to allow customers to upload attachments with the quote request. Allowed file types: pdf, png, jpg, jpeg, doc, docx.

  • Show Shipping Price Details - Enable it to allow customers to ask a quote for shipping.

  • Enable Send Quote Button - Select Yes to enable the Quote Request button in the frontend.

  • Display Send Quote On - Select appropriate option:

- Products: Display Quote Request button for product pages.

- Categories: Display Quote Request button for category pages.

- Global: Display Quote Request button for both product and category pages.

Email Quote For Admin

  • Email ID of Admin - Enter a valid Email ID on which you want to receive email quotations from customers.

  • Admin Email Template - Choose an Email template for receiving quotes from customers.

  • Customer Email Template - Choose an Email template to automatically send a thank-you email to customers immediately after they have sent a quote request.

  • New Account Email Template - Choose an Email template to send account credentials for guest customers who have requested a quote.

  • Email Sender - Select the sender of the thank you email and account creation email sent by the admin.

  • Email Quote - Set Yes to send a custom quote to customers based on their request.

  • Quote Reply Email Template - Choose an Email template to send custom quotes to customers.

  • Email Sender - Select the sender of the custom quote email sent by the admin.

PDF Attachment

  • Email Quote PDF - Enable attaching quote PDF with Email.

  • PDF Footer Text - Add custom text to show in the PDF footer.

Google Recaptcha

  • Google Recaptcha - Option to enable or disable Google reCAPTCHA for the quote request pop-up in order to prevent spam requests.

  • Recaptcha Type - Select the reCAPTCHA type v2 or v3 from here.

  • Site Key - Enter the site key you got while registering for Google reCAPTCHA.

  • Secret Key - Enter the secret key you got while registering for Google reCAPTCHA.

  • Recaptcha Theme - Select your preferred Google reCAPTCHA theme, either light or dark.

Quote Reminder

  • Quote Reminder - Enable it to send a reminder email to customers before their quote expires.

  • Quote Reminder Type - Select the type of reminder.

  • Quote Reminder Option - Select the Specific or Global option to apply the quote reminder settings.

  • Quote Alive Days - Set the number of days for which the quotes remain active from the day when the admin sends the quotation to the customer. (If the Quote Reminder Option field is set to Global).

  • Quote Reminder Before Days - Set the number of days before the quote expiry to send the reminder email to the customer. (If the Quote Reminder Option field is set to Global).

  • Email Template - Choose an Email template for a quote reminder email to the customer.

  • Email Sender - Select the sender of the quote reminder email sent by the admin.
