# Request Credit Option in Frontend

The extension allows store customer to make a Loan Credit Request at any time from their account section. To identify genuine Customer Loan Credit Request, Customer has to enter the reason why they need Loan Credit.

Once, the customer’s loan credit is submitted to the store admin, they can see a success message on the same page.
