Country Flag: Enable the country flag from here.
Set Country Automatically: Select whether to set the country flag automatically using the IP address or not.
Default SMS Country: Set the default SMS country from here.
After enabling the country flag, it will be displayed at the front-end checkout.
The country Flag is also displayed for multi-shipping.
