# Category Based Group Switching Settings

Here you can find settings to configure the extension to enable customer group switching based on categories.

* **Auto Assign Groups Based on Categories:** Enable it to switch the customer group based on categories.
* **Switch to Customer Group:** Select the group to switch customers if the set condition for the category is met. The group will be updated when the customer logs in. Only completed orders will be considered here.
* **Enter Category IDs:** Enter comma-separated category IDs to switch customers to the selected group. If the customer purchased the product available in the entered category ID, then the group will be assigned.
