# User SMS Templates

Once you are done with the API configurations, you are ready to use the SMS notification pro for your various store activities. For that purpose, enlarge the “User Templates” tab. In this tab, you will find various user template notification settings.

**OTP at Registration**\
**Confirmation:** Select YES option to enable the OTP at Registration feature for customer registration.\
**Confirmation Text:** One can add their desired message for sending to customers for OTP confirmation.

**Registration Notification**\
**Notification:** Select yes for sending the registration notification to your customers.\
**Notification Text:** One can add their desired message which will be sent when the customers are registered successfully.

**OTP at my account**\
**Confirmation:** Select yes and then the customers can easily change their mobile number by getting the OTP.\
**Confirmation Text:** One can add their desired message which will be sent when the customers request to change the mobile number.

**OTP at Checkout**\
**Confirmation:** Select yes for letting your customers verify at checkout via OTP verification which is generally based on the payment methods and customer groups.\
**Confirmation Text:** One can add their desired message for OTP confirmation sent to customers during checkout.\
**Payment Methods:** Select your desired payment method for which you want to set OTP verification.\
**Customer Groups:** Select your desired customer groups for which you want to set OTP verification.

**Place Order Notification**\
**Notification:** Select yes for sending the SMS notification of order placed to your customers when the order is placed.\
**Notification Text:** Add your desired notification message for sending to customers when the order is placed.

**Invoice Notification**

**Notification:** Select yes for sending the SMS notification of invoice to your customers when the invoice is generated.

**Notification Text:** Add your desired notification message for sending to customers when the invoice is generated.

**Shipment Notification**\
**Notification**: Select yes for sending the SMS notification to your customers when the order is shipped\
**Notification Text:** Add your desired notification message for sending to customers when the order is shipped.

**Manual Shipment Tracking Information**

**Notification:** Select yes for sending the SMS notification to your customers for shipment tracking information notification.
\
**NOTE:** You must Add Tracking Number on Shipment View Page. For that, go to Sales > Orders > Edit Order > Ship > Shipping Information.

**Tracking URL:** Add tracking URL.

**Credit Memo Notification**

**Notification:** Select yes for sending the SMS notification to your customers when the credit memo is issued.

**Notification Text:** Add your desired notification message for sending to customers when the credit memo is issued.

**Cancel Order Notification**\
**Notification:** Select yes for sending the SMS notification to your customers when the order is canceled.\
**Notification Text:** Add your desired notification message for sending to customers when the order is canceled.

**Hold Order Notification**

**Contact Notification**\
**Notification:** Select yes for sending the SMS notification to your customers when the contact inquiry is successfully sent.\
**Notification Text:** Add your desired notification message for sending to customers when the contact inquiry is successfully sent.

**Review Reminder Type:** One can select the review reminder type for customers from here.\
**Review Reminder Frequency:** Easily set your desired number of days for sending the review reminder to customers.\
**Email Template:** One can select the Email template for sending the review reminder to the customer\
**Email Sender:** One can select the sender of the email from here..\
**SMS Notification Text:** Add your customized text message to send to your customers for review reminder notification.

Once you saved all the User templates, various store activities notification SMS will be sent to the customers.
