The extension comes with order cancellation popup, that triggers on click of ‘Cancel Order’ button on the frontend. If you enabled the popup, the extension will ask customers to choose the reason why he or she wants to cancel the order else the extension will directly cancel the order.
Enable Cancellation Popup: Option to enable or disable the popup.
Cancellation Popup Title: From here, you can set the frontend order cancellation popup title that you want to display.
Cancellation Popup Note: Option to display custom order cancellation notice under the popup.
Customer Groups: Select the customer groups for whom you want to enable the order cancellation popup.
Order Statuses: Enable order cancellation ability based on order status.
